My coaching offers are tailormade. The length of the process and the number of sessions depend on the goal defined by you, on when you want to achieve it, and on how intensely you want to be accompanied in that journey. Typically, the coaching includes 6 to 10 sessions over a period of 3 to 9 months. You decide on how frequently the sessions are to take place.

Coaching for executives

^
Would you like to achieve greater goals?
^
Is your team facing an upcoming challenge or change?
^
Do you feel overwhelmed or slowed down by the demands of others?
^
Are there conflicts (in your team) that are having a negative impact on work results and job satisfaction?
^
Are you not getting the recognition and visibility you would like to have?

Executive coaching offers you a space where you can reflect and develop yourself as a manager and leader. This includes to know what it is that drives you, and what motivates you from the inside out, but also to be aware of what stands in your way.

In addition to the small and large challenges “on the job”, executive coaching is primarily about taking time for yourself in order to work more effectively, communicate better and to find a way of competently dealing with stress and pressure.

„Plan B“ coaching

^
Are you worried about your job?
^
Everything is going well, but you would still like to have a Plan B for all eventualities?
^
Do you like your job but would prefer to try something totally new?
^

Are you seeking answers to the question, “What am I actually good at?”

^
Do you want to know what other career options are open to you?
In “Plan B” coaching, you can take time to explore your strengths, abilities, and skills. Knowing what you are good at will give you more energy and self-confidence. And these can drive you to take the next steps in your career or help you find new options. Having your own “Plan B”—either in your mind or on your desk—will allow you to meet whatever may come your way with composure and confidence.

Professional reorientation/outplacement

^
Are you about to leave your previous employer?
^
Are you entitled to outplacement services or career coaching at work?
^
Do you feel pressured to find something new right away?
^
Do you want your next job to be one that suits you?
^
You want to decide what the next sensible step is?
I know from my own experience that changing employer, being laid off or losing your job through restructuring are difficult situations to be in. Feelings of frustration, sadness and anger are present, as is the desire to get back on track again as soon as possible. In our coaching sessions, I will act as your sparring partner through this phase. We will develop the next steps together based on your strengths, goals, dreams, and your current situation. If needed, we also work on convincing application documents and on gaining you more visibility both online and offline. The aim is to deliberately use your break from work to design your career relaunch with confidence and ease.

Brand new to management

^
Are you wondering how you’re going to successfully navigate the first few months?
^
Are you heavily involved in operations and have no time for your management tasks?
^
Do you feel that the collaboration with and in your team is not yet going well?
^
Would you like to explore what you want to stand for as a leader?
^
Do you want to find out where your strengths lie and where your “blind spots” are?
Often the joy at having landed your first management position is also accompanied by the feeling that you have jumped in at the deep end. What should you prioritize? And how can you overcome the challenges of your new position without losing yourself? In the coaching for people who are brand new to management, you cut a pathway through the jungle of new demands being made on you. And you have the chance to reflect on everything in a protected space. We will examine questions like: Who am I and what drives me? What are my strengths and where are my “blind spots”? What can I contribute and what do I want to change?

Coaching for solopreneurs

^
Do you want to have a sparring partner for matters where you’re not making any progress?
^

You wanted to work more self-determined, but you are under pressure and work too much?

^
Your (negative) beliefs are preventing you from taking the next step?
^
You want to talk about your fears, doubts and worries in a protected space?
^
Do you sometimes feel like you’re treading water?
Together it is often easier to “get to the heart of a matter”. And when developing ideas that can lead to sustainable change, two heads are often better than one. What do self-employed people rarely have enough of? Yes, that’s right: Not work, but often the space for exchange and development. In the coaching for the self-employed, you can speak about the challenges facing you and untangle any knots that are getting in your way. You will be able to act again, sharpen your focus and gain clarity about what the next steps should be. .
